Welcome. I am so glad your path has led you here. My name is Serina Nguyen, and I am a multi-certified energetic practitioner, master healer, and life coach dedicated to helping the collective return to a state of deep peace and clarity.
As a lifelong Bay Area native, I have always been deeply connected to the vibrant, forward-thinking energy of this community. My path into holistic wellness reached a pivotal turning point when I chose to step away from the daily noise and embark on an intentional 8-month sabbatical. During this transformative chapter, I completely immersed myself in intensive wellness studies and deep client facilitation. I invested heavily in an advanced mentorship program centered on self-mastery, plant medicine integration frameworks, and holistic wellness systems, ultimately attaining my master-level certification in Reiki.
Out of this dedicated journey of continuous learning and mastery, I established my private practice. True transformation cannot happen by addressing the mind or body in isolation. To create lasting breakthroughs, we must look at the whole self. By bridging tactical mindset coaching with the restorative frequencies of energy work, sacred sound, and breathwork, my practice is designed to gently dissolve subconscious blocks, regulate the nervous system, and realign your energetic body from the inside out.
When I am not designing structured community events, traveling to local workspaces for group corporate sound baths, or guiding private 1:1 sessions, you can usually find me recharging at home in Cupertino, living mindfully as a dedicated vegan, and relaxing with my two beloved cats.
My purpose is simple: to hold a safe, deeply intentional space for you to release burnout, dissolve stress, and step back into your highest alignment.
